3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Bars Recipe
So you know those times when you need to go to the grocery store and you feel like the MacGyver of the kitchen?
We have a can of Green Beans, Milk, and some Rice Chex. Wait…the milk is gone. What’s for dinner?
My moment came earlier this week when my kids were looking for a snack. I had no butter to make cookies and I am pretty sure I was out of everything except peanut butter and some oats. Turns out Peanut Butter and Oats make a pretty good snack! These 3 Ingredient Peanut Butter Oat Bars made everyone happy!
I am going to blow your mind with how easy it is too. You put 3 cups of oats in a bowl. Mix the peanut butter and honey in a microwave safe bowl and microwave until it is melted enough to stir together and pour. Pour it over the oats and stir to cover. Press the whole mess into a parchment lined 8×8 baking pan and let it cool before cutting (The freezer is your friend)
That is it. Quick, easy, and full of fiber to fill up those little tummies. Plus these….taste….heavenly. Drizzle a little chocolate over the top and you will think you died and went to heaven. SO SO AMAZING!
