Brownie Mocha Popsicles
About 2 pm on any given day during the Summer my kids are going to come in the kitchen and open the fridge or the freezer to see what kind of frozen treats we have. This is their ritual whether they have been outside or not. I am pretty sure it is just because they know they can, and I am ok with it. Their biggest concern is usually if I want a treat too! They know I am a sucker for these Brownie Mocha Popsicles.

I pulled out my old faithful popsicle mold. I have had many but this is my absolute favorite! I put brownie bits in each slot. Really how many is up to you. You can used pre-made brownies or this homemade brownie mix to make some really great ones. I have even made these with gluten free brownies! Then pour in the International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee. Freeze overnight.
They come out as the perfect Summer time treat and pick me up!

- Brownie Bits & pieces
- popsicle mold
Instructions
- Place brownie bits in each slot of your popsicle mold. Fill with International Delight Mocha Iced Coffee. Freeze overnight.
