There is no protein powder in this smoothie. We are taking it all natural! I am using AllWhites Egg Whites and peanut butter to bring in the protein.

- 1/3 Cup All Whites Egg Whites
- 1 banana (small, cut into pieces)
- 1/4 cup skim milk
- 1 Tbsp Dried Carob Powder
- 2 Tbsp Reduced Fat Peanut Butter
- Combine all ingredients in blender. Cover and blend on medium speed until smooth. Serve immediately.
