Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shake
I am on the go ALL THE TIME. We are running to school, the store, horse back riding, taking the dog out, working on the blog, and I try to fit workouts in. I don’t have time to always grab a healthy bite to eat, but blending together one of these Peanut Butter Banana Protein Shakes takes just minutes and they rock!
I used to mix up those protein powders and they were BLAH! Plus have you ever read the ingredients in those. Some of them are scary even though they are supposed to be healthy. I thought about it and wondered why I couldn’t just make my own.
I gather my ingredients and pull out the ole’ blender. I don’t have a fancy one, but it does the trick.
I just dump everything in the blender with a few ice cubes. I also like to freeze banana slices. This makes a fuller flavor shake. Plus I love to add some of the new Fat Free & Sugar Free International Delight French Vanilla Creamer. It adds just the right amount of sweetness and flavor to the shake!
If you love International Delight as much as I do go now to play their new game Hazelnut Blitz. Use code word “Delight” to gain more entries for a chance to win some great prizes.
This hits the spot every time. The milk, and the pb powder add the right amount of protein. There is no added sugar, or fillers. Just happy goodness.
