Printable Smile Cards to Pay it Forward
Printable Smile Cards to Pay it Forward is sponsored by Hallmark to bring awareness to their #CareEnough campaign. All opinions are 100% my own.
Smiles are contagious and should be passed around all the time. The world would be a kinder, happier place if everyone would just smile! Hallmark asked me to participate in their #CareEnough initiative and create my Kids Caring Challenge. I knew right away that I wanted to challenge my kids to spread joy and smiles all day long! These Printable Smile Cards help them do just that!
Back to school time is stressful enough for kids. They are making new friends, learning new schedules, and sinking into new routines. Some children struggle with all of these and with all of that stress a simple smile can brighten someone’s day! Pay it Forward ideas don’t have to be HUGE and they don’t have to cost a lot of money. Acts of kindness can be something simple like smiling at someone and telling them they are amazing!
My kids helped me create these Printable Smile Cards, and we challenge you to print them and share the love! The idea is to print them out and pop them anywhere and everywhere. You can push them into lockers, place them on desks, or hand them out to individuals throughout the day. Just a little reminder of how amazing they truly are to make them smile, and since we know smiles are contagious the joy will just spread. Feel free to take pictures and share them on social media with the hashtag #CareEnough.
There is nothing to stop you, as an adult, from printing these and leaving them random places too! These Smile Cards aren’t limited to just kids. Imagine if you were having a rough day at the office and someone left one of these cards randomly on your desk. Wouldn’t you smile? It’s the little things in life that can make the biggest impact on someone’s day.

Just acting kind to people daily, is kindness, is civilized, #CareEnough
My kids and I are making some goodie bags with some candy and a note for them to share with their peers at school.
I am going to start giving out more compliments and doing random acts of kindness on a daily day, such as pay for someone’s coffee.
By taking the time to stop and interact personally with all the people I see on a daily basis – cashiers, clerks, ticket scanners, etc.
I like to visit the nursing home and do crafts with the residents!
My mom is in a memory care unit due to Lewy Body Dementia. I make it a point to say hi and spend some time with some of thew other residents just to make them smile. Mom gets lot of visitors, but not all of them do. I want to be a ray of sunshine in their day
I spend time at our local nursing home, I help with activities.
To #CareEnough I volunteer at Emergency Services.

Oh I love this idea! We always try to be aware of things that are happening around us, and helping someone in need if we can. Such a wonderful thing to pass on to our kids!
I carry extra reusable bags to the grocery store and often offer them to other people in line so they don’t have to buy a bag. It’s amazing how grateful people are to avoid buying a bag!

My husband and I are trying to spread kindness by working for his parents and grandparents; taking them to doctor appointments, doing the grocery shopping, yard work, ect. to help them out. We also drop food off to our neighbors who are struggling to make ends meed right now.
I try to distribute gifts to everyone I know.
I donate food and toys to a local animal shelter at least once a month. I love helping animals (have 2 rescues myself) and love to do what I can to make sure they are provided for. #CareEnough
I make an effort to help people when I am out and about. The truth is there is always someone, hold the door for a mom and baby, help someone who is struggling with a cart and groceries. The point is there is always an opportunity.
I am trying to be more patient and allow more time to do things so I am not in a hurry and impatient.
I’ve been giving small gifts such as free pizza and xbox codes to friends, at random. Small gesture, but it’s fun and makes their day. #CareEnough
