In celebration of the #EPLR series we made these We are Growing Pots to grow our own grass (or other plant) just like in the book!
You will need
- Small terra-cotta pot
- green acrylic paint
- googly eyes
- black sharpie
- potting soil
- chia seeds or other grass seeds
- Have the kids paint their pots green.
- Once dry glue on the googley eyes, and use the marked to create the faces.
- Fill your little pot with dirt and plant the seeds.
- Water until the grass (or other plant grows.)
