A healthy, fun inexpensive Spring or Easter snack idea! Check out these Healthy Carrot Garden Snacks! My kids lovethe little flower pots!

I love giving my kids fun treats for holidays and specials seasons. I am not a fan of having them all being full of sugar and ending up making them bounce off the walls. Who says healthy can't be fun?!! Check out these Healthy Carrot Garden Snacks.

    Carrot Garden Snacks-1

I found these ADORABLE mini flower pots in the Target Dollar Section. I got 2 for $1. I washed them and then lined them with plastic wrap. I am not sure if they are food safe, and since my kids will be eating out of them, I wanted to cover them.

I then chopped some carrots into sticks, and pulled some parsley from the garden. You could use kale too!

    Carrot Garden Snacks-2

I filled each one with some of my homemade ranch dip and then stuck in some carrot sticks. I used a little bit of ranch to stick the parsley tops to the carrots.

My 7 year old was the most impressed. She squealed! " That is the cutest snack ever!!" Then she ate hers and her brothers. LOL These are fun for a garden party, spring, Easter, you name it. Such a fun, simple, inexpensive idea!
