This Coffee Body Scrub only takes 3 ingredients. You can whip up a batch and keep it in a mason jar near your sink to keep your hands silky soft.

Take a jar to your bathroom and use it all over for exfoliating on a regular basis. It is a great way to get rid of dead skin cells, allowing new skin cells to turnover, making our skin look rejuvenated and more radiant. It also helps improve cellulite by increasing the circulation and moving lymph around our body. Not sure what that even means? I googled it for you. Lymph is a short word for moving the fluid that’s present in our lymphatic system, it’s an important part of overall health and detoxification.
