How to Serve Ice Cream Quickly for Any Party
This blog post is sponsored by Dreyer’s/EDY’S® Frozen Custard and SocialMoms. The opinions and ideas expressed here are my own.
The 4th Of July is creeping up quickly. I took one big step today to get prepared for our backyard BBQ. Of course grilled burgers and hot dogs are always a fav, but don’t forget dessert!
Ice Cream is a must have, but it is a pain to get scooped and in the bowls without having it melt all over the place. Then, if you have flavor choices….OH….it is melting in the carton. I hate that kind of sticky mess. Especially in the heat. Learn my simple trick to Serve Ice Cream Quickly for Any Party.
- Ice Cream. I used Dreyer’s/EDY’S® Frozen Custard. Dreyer’s/EDY’S® Frozen Custard is rich, extra thick and creamy and made with fresh milk from local farms, without any artificial colors or flavors. OH MY GOODNESS, if you haven’t tried it…go NOW!
- A Cupcake Pan
- Cupcake liners
- Ice Cream Scoop
I first scooped the Dreyer’s/EDY’S® Frozen Custard Chocolate Malt flavor. Look how creamy this is! Line your cupcake pan with paper liners and put one scoop in each. One scoop for the pan….one scoop for me. 😉
Take that lovely lovely pan full of Frozen Custard and pop it in the freezer until you are ready to serve. This makes serving so simple! Each one is a perfect serving size…and great if your guests want to try more than one flavor. I love doing this for birthday parties too!
There is now some Frozen Custard for everyone this 4th of July ready to go in the freezer. I am glad Dreyer’s/EDY’S® Frozen Custard and SocialMoms chose me for this sponsored post. This is my favorite kind of job. I will taste test Dreyer’s/EDY’S® Frozen Custard any day.
