Matcha Tea Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
  • 4 Tbsp almond flour
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup more or less to taste
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp matcha green tea

Instructions

  • Pulse everything together in a food processor.
  • Shape into 1" balls.
  • Store in the refrigerator.
  • Eat 1 or 2 when you need a pick me up. Great pre-workout snack. 
Servings: 9 Bites
