Peach Berry Popsicles Recipe
A healthy snack for a hot day! Those whole fruit Peach Berry Popsicles are sure to refresh you. Such a simple classic recipe!
I am ashamed. I love to buy fresh fruit but I forgot about some peaches that were in a bowl on the counter and when I walked by I knew that they needed eaten right that minute or pitched. Well, I wasn’t about to do either one of those, but I did make these YUMMY Peach Berry Popsicles!
Into the food processor went the peaches and some frozen strawberries. I cut the peaches in half and removed the pit but I did not peel them. Those peels are full of vitamins, and the food processor minced them up anyway. At this point you could mix in some honey or coconut sugar or regular sugar to sweeten them. Since I was making these for myself, they really didn’t need added sugar.
Into my handy dandy popsicle maker. This things was, seriously, the best investment ever! I am glad I chose this popsicle mold over the others! I love it! Pop in the freezer overnight.
You will end up with some refreshing satisfying and awfully scrumptious popsicles!
