Back to School time is so busy and hectic with everyone trying to get back on schedule. I want to make sure my kids are eating healthy, but I also want to take it easy on my self also. I hate buying a ton of store bought snacks and pre-packaged food, so if I can take an afternoon and make enough stuff for a week or 2 that is awesome!
