Valentine’s Day is one of my favorite holidays. I think because it is all about love! The kids and I have been busy decorating, and I thought I would share these adorable Valentine Burlap Candle Holders with you. Not only are they super simple to make, but you can also get everything you need from the dollar store!
I love it when craft projects are easy enough for the kids to make on their own but look this amazing. My daughter was so proud that she helped put these together. She wants to make a set for everyone for gifts now.
Valentine Burlap Candle Holders
You will Need
- Burlap Ribbon
- Felt Heart Stickers
- Candles or Mason Jars
- Tape
How to
You are going to want to wrap the ribbon around your desired vessel. I did some around the candles directly and others around mason jars so I could put the little tea light candles inside. Cut the ribbon to length and tape it to the back.
Now just stick on your felt heart sticker to the front. It is just that simple.
You could go crazy and make some Homemade Jar Candles (learn more here). We love to make them on rainy days! Scent them with vanilla or lavender essential oils and do these cute Valentine Burlap Candle Holders around them and give them as gifts! These are perfect for teachers and neighbors just to spread some love.
You won’t find an easier way to add a little Valentine’s Day decor to your home. You can even slip the holders off of the candles and use them year after year. Or take the idea and make it your own. Replace the heart and use another shape or decoration for other holidays or occasions. I could see these make beautiful wedding reception centerpieces with the right decoration added.
