2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge Recipe
Something sweet for your Valentine! You have to try this Simple 2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge recipe! No special equipment required!
I am on a Valentine’s Kick this year. I was sitting here just minding my own business the other day flipping through a cookbook and it hit me. Well, it didn’t really hit me but I saw this recipe for 2 ingredient fudge. I had never heard of such a thing, but whoever came up with it is pure genius!
I decided I would try to make 2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge since strawberries are one of my most favorite things in the world. I love this recipe even more because my dairy-free oldest daughter can actually eat it! Not this strawberry variety, but you can mix and match to make whatever flavor you choose.

This is the only 2 ingredients you need.
Dump in a large microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds, stir and then continue until melted together.
This is what it looks like all melted.
Spread in a 9×9 greased dish, or take the easy way like I did and line with wax paper. Allow to cool and cut into squares. Decorate with sprinkles

I just tried this with Dark Chocolate Frosting and Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips. Just to mix it up, I threw in some shredded coconut. It tastes like a Mounds bar! Soooo goood!

I never thought about this strawberry twist. YUM! Sounds wonderful. When I heard of this recipe before it was suggested to then put the mixture in a cookie press = cute shaped yummy fudge!!! Can’t wait to try your strawberry version. Thanks!
We made some plain chocolate last week and it was so good, Added crushed candies to the top. This week I’m gonna try making vanilla with confetti candies in it and a german chocolate.
Just made this with my 3 year old. She had a blast. And its yummy too!
Oh my goodness! This looks awesome!
Is there any way I can do this without the microwave?
You can carefully melt the white chocolate in a double broiler on the stove. 🙂 Takes a little more time but same yummy taste.
I made peanut butter fudge using cream cheese frosting and peanut butter chips, my family loved it! I will try other flavors.
Mmm, yum…sounds yummy. I’ll have to try this mixture!!! ?
