By now you have heard of the craze at Chick-Fil-A that has made everyone go ga-ga for Frosted Lemonade! Frosted Lemonade is a mix of lemonade and ice cream that is amazing! We decided to kick it up a notch and make our own Watermelon Frosted Lemonade to celebrate summer!
All you need is some good quality lemonade! I usually make my own with this Homemade Lemonade Syrup, but I took the easy way out and bought some Simply Lemonade. Whatever you do ….don’t use that powdered stuff. You will also need Vanilla Ice Cream (I bought dairy free so everyone at my house could enjoy it), and a watermelon.
The Ice Cream & Lemonade go for a quick twirl in the blender. Not too long. Then toss in a handful of watermelon chunks. Give it 1 more whirl. That is all you need.
Pour it in a glass and serve it up. My kids went nuts for this stuff! SO good on a hot summer day!

- 1 Cup chilled lemonade
- 1/2 cup cubed chilled watermelon
- 2 1/2 cups vanilla ice cream
- Pour lemonade & ice cream in a blender. Pulse until smooth. Toss in watermelon and pulse 1 more time until blended.
