Homemade Dole Whip

If you have been to Disney (at least once), you have heard of the famous Dole Whip! It used to only available at Disney Land, Disney World, the Dole Plantation in Hawaii. Now it is gaining popularity and can be found many places. We recently found it at Universal Studios Orlando.

What is Dole Whip

Dole Whip is a soft serve pineapple frozen dessert. My favorite part, it’s dairy free! In our house that means a lot because of food allergies. We are always on the hunt for our next Dole Whip fix.

To make your own Homemade Dole Whip, you will need Frozen Pineapple Chunks and your choice of liquid. I went with almond milk because that is what I had on hand. You can use coconut milk (AMAZING!), pineapple juice (again AMAZING), regular milk (of course not dairy free), etc.

I tried to get a picture to do this justice. The Florida sun + frozen treat = started to melt before I had a chance to take a picture. You will have to trust me that this is FANTASTICALLY AMAZING!

You can eat it with a spoon. We have even topped it with some of this coconut whipped cream before for an extra decadent treat.
