The Convention and Visitor’s Bureau can hook you up with all sorts of freebies and offers. A simple Google search can put you in touch with the CVB in the area you are visiting. Just send a quick email and ask what offers may be available. Chances are they can give you some type of coupons or vouchers to local attractions.
3. Follow local bloggers.
See if there are any lifestyle bloggers in the area you are traveling to for your vacation. If so, give them a follow. See if they have recommendations for free things to do in the area such as concerts, museums, shows, or other events of interest. Travel bloggers, in general, may have an idea of cheap or free things to do in most areas, so do your homework and search these experts out!
