S’mores Pudding
Simple, indulgent, and fun! This S’mores Pudding Recipe is perfect to treat yourself any day of the week to make you feel like you are around the campfire.
There are a few things that are always in my pantry; graham crackers, marshmallows, and chocolate. When you have 3 kids you just never know when you will need S’mores. It is also perfect for throwing together this fabulous S’more Pudding!
I gathered my ingredients. I am using Gluten Free Graham Crackers so my son can enjoy, and I also used Almond Milk to make the pudding.
**Dairy Free Tip** This is a HUGE dairy free tip. If you want to make Instant Pudding with milk that is not regular cow’s milk, use half of the amount of milk to start. If you need to add a little more you can stir it in as you go. Almond Milk, Soy Milk, etc has a higher water content and doesn’t set up the same if you use the full amount. This is one of my favorite dairy-free tips!
Once I got the chocolate pudding all mixed up, now comes the fun part.
Just start layering the pudding in a glass or bowl. My layers bottom to top were..
- Graham Cracker Crumbs
- Pudding
- Marshmallows
- Chocolate Chips
- and Repeat
Top with some graham cracker crumbs and serve.
These are so easy and perfect for some summer fun.
These guys loved their S’mores pudding. I have been sworn to purchase all of the ingredients and keep them on hand at all times over the summer.

Ingredients
- 1 Box Chocolate Instant Pudding
- Milk to mix with Pudding according to package
- Graham Cracker Crumbs
- Mini Marshmallows
- Chocolate Chips
Instructions
- Mix pudding according to package.
- Layer the graham cracker crumbs, pudding, marshmallows, and chocolate chips in a serving bowl/glass. Repeat. Top with graham cracker crumbs and serve.Dairy free
- Mix the pudding with almond milk, coconut milk, or your alternative milk of choice. Don't use the full amount called for on the package. Start with 1/2 of the called for amount. Add more milk if needed. Use dairy free chocolate chips or omit.Gluten Free
