The perfect snack or breakfast. Super simple Refrigerator Oatmeal #recipe

I have a little one who is addicted to snacking. The first thing she does is open the fridge and look for a yogurt, or carrots, or ANYTHING that sounds like it would make a great snack.

She is going to break the bank with her drinking yogurt habit. I have never seen a kid go through so many in a day. I had to stop buying them, but I couldn't just leave her with nothing to snack on.  Welcome my new friend, Refrigerator Oatmeal. It takes me a few minutes to whip up a bunch of them.  They last for about 3 days in the fridge. Keep that in mind before you make a ton. They are delicious, filling, and perfect for breakfast, or a snack.

    Refridgerator Oatmeal-1

All you need is Oats, Milk, Yogurt, and fruit.

    Refridgerator Oatmeal-2

In a bowl mix together the oats, yogurt, and milk. Spoon into mason jars ⅔ full. I use the ½ pint for breakfast or these small jam jars for snacks.

Stir in fruit or jam of choice and refrigerate overnight.
