Meatball Pizza Pockets
A Few Short Cuts started over 2 years ago to share simple, family friendly recipes, that use ingredients that are currently on sale in the store. This week is a meal that does exactly that. I think I love this Meal Deal so much because you can really prep ahead for a second meal with this one.
When I buy ground beef, which I typically do in bulk, I do several things. I make hamburger patties, I make Meatloaf mix, I divide it into 1 lb bags for meals, and I make meatballs. Meatballs can be use for spaghetti, grinder, and these delicious pizza pockets.
