So you buy a box…..maybe two.
Once you take that first bite, you are hooked and that box is a goner! Those darn Samoas (or Caramel Delights depending on where you live.) Oh the chocolatey, caramelly, coconutty goodness that can only come from those stinkin’ cookies.
BUT WAIT! What if you could wrap that chocolatey, caramelly, coconutty goodness in a homemade latte? That would be fan-freakin-tastic! Can it be done? YES IT CAN! Say hello to this unbelievably amazing Samoa Latte.

Samoa Latte
Ingredients
- 8 oz Coffee from Dark Roast K-Cup or strong coffee or espresso
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- Caramel syrup
- chocolate syrup
- whipped cream
Instructions
- Heat coconut milk in a small pan for 2-3 minutes or you can even microwave for about 1 minute. Do not let it boil.
- Place 1 tsp chocolate and 1 tsp caramel in the bottom of 2 mugs. Pour 4oz coffee into each mug. Top each with 1/2 cup of the warm coconut milk. Add whipped cream and garnish with caramel and chocolate syrups. Top with shredded coconut.
