Simple Homemade Salsa

Spice up your life with this simple homemade salsa recipe! A perfect way to use up some of those extra tomatoes from the garden!

Cinco de Mayo is this week, and I thought it was an appropriate time to share my homemade salsa recipe.  This is a favorite at our house, especially in the Summer time when tomatoes are plentiful.  It only takes minutes to make! This can even be made ahead and canned.

  1. Sounds delicious! I usually add onion and don’t have lime juice. I’ll have to try it with the lime sometime, though, and see what we think. Can’t wait till tomato season!
