The Best Homemade Guacamole
When taco Tuesday comes around we don’t mess around at our house! We love our guacamole and if we are going to eat it we are going to eat the best homemade guacamole there is!
I got addicted to guacamole when my husband and I were dating and we would go out to eat. You have to love those little Mexican restaurants in California that bring the ingredients to the table and make the fresh guacamole right there. There is something about the fresh zest of the lime and the bite of the cilantro that just goes so well with the creaminess of the avocado! I can’t get enough.
We may not go out to eat as much anymore but we think this is even better! You have to try the BEST Homemade Guacamole the next time you are making tacos! Your family will love it!
While you are at it try this Homemade Taco Seasoning too! It’s perfect!

Instructions
- In a food processor place the peeled avocado, lime juice, 1/2 tomato, 1/2 onion, and cilantro. Pulse until it is your desired consistency. I like to pulse mine less for a chunkier guacamole. Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.

Amanda,
Girl! You are getting your food processor dirty for no reason! If you cut avocado into cubes while still in its shell, scoop out w spoon, in bowl w diced tomatoes, diced onion (I add jalapeño & garlic powder too) ur cilantro & S & P and turn it over carefully and add ur lime juice it will be lovely chunky just like at Mexican eateries. I use lots of lime juice. Love that tang. Have u ever tried it w the blue organic chips? Unsalted one. Fabulous perfectly fabulous.
