Octopus Beach Magic Jello Cups
Have some Summer Fun, and make some memories with your family! Make this yummy and simple Octopus Beach Magic Jello Cups Recipe!
Making Memories. That is the key to any fun Summer! It’s not how much you do, it’s how you do it, and who you do it with! My kids are just as happy with a fun day at home making a treat and watching a movie as they are with going to the zoo. These Octopus Beach Magic Jello Cups certainly are fun to make and delicious to eat!
The magic happens when you mix ice cream with the jello! It adds an extra level of creamy goodness to the mix! My kids called it the best jello ever! Who am I to argue? 😉
Mix the Jello with 1 cup boiling water and then 2 cups of ice cream. Stir until it is melted.
Pour into cups and let it set up in the fridge for about 3 – 4 hours.
Top with graham cracker crumbs for the sand, and these insanely adorable Gummy Octopuses (or Octopi) apparently either is correct. I googled it.
Side note: They sell the graham cracker crumbs already crumbed in a box. They even have gluten-free crumbs. This makes this dessert even easier! Although my kids always love it when I give them a Ziploc bag full of crackers and something to smash them with. Totally up to you.
These turned out so perfect! The kids didn’t want to eat them at first because they looked so fun! Of course that didn’t last long, and now they just want to make more!
