We love to play card games at our house. We have a blast pulling out UNO or one of our other favorite games and having a family fun night, usually with some kind of tasty treat. The only problem is the kids sometimes have a hard time holding onto all of their cards the right way. Here is a simple solution to a problem that I am sure EVERYONE suffers with. YOU WILL NEED
- Pool Noodle
- Knife
How To
- Take your knife and carefully cut a segment of the pool noodle off about 2 inches thick.
- Then using your knife slice your segment down the middle again but only cutting about 2/3 of the way through, creating a slit.
- Now simply slide your cards right down in the slot to hold them while you play cards!
We made a few of these in different colors so everyone would know whos was whos. I love that pool noodles are only $1 at the dollar store making this DIY not only handy but affordable too!
This would be perfect for teachers that like to play class games because 1 pool noodle can make close to 20 card holders, maybe more.
