Homemade Sazon Seasoning Mix
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander.
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin.
- 1 tablespoon ground tumeric or annatto seeds achiote
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt.
- 1 tablespoon oregano.
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
- Mix all of the ingredients together and store in an airtight container until you are ready to use it.
- 1 ½ teaspoon of this mix equals one packet of the store bought Sazon seasoning.
