Homemade Sazon Seasoning Mix
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander.
- 1 tablespoon ground cumin.
- 1 tablespoon ground tumeric or annatto seeds (achiote )
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt.
- 1 tablespoon oregano.
- 1 tsp ground black pepper.
- Mix all of the ingredients together and store in an airtight container until you are ready to use it. 1 1/2 tsp of this mix equals one packet of the store bought Sazon seasoning.
