Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon ground coriander.
  • 1 tablespoon ground cumin.
  • 1 tablespoon ground tumeric or annatto seeds achiote 
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder.
  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt.
  • 1 tablespoon oregano.
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper.

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients together and store in an airtight container until you are ready to use it.
  • 1 1/2 tsp of this mix equals one packet of the store bought Sazon seasoning.
