All the fall feels when you bake up some of these amazing Chewy Pumpkin Brownie Swirl Cookies. Pumpkin and Chocolate come together in 1 tasty cookie!
Every once in a while I have an idea that knocks me off of my feet. Pumpkin has to be the ultimate fall flavor and I love everything about it, but no matter what time of the year chocolate (in one form or another) is always appropriate. My two loves together in one ultimate cookie….priceless! These Chewy Pumpkin Brownie Swirl Cookies are even more scrumptious than they look.

So I cheated a little…not much. I made a batch of this Soft Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and a batch of this Chewy Brownie Cookie Dough.
Then I got to scooping. Half a cookie scoop of the pumpkin and half of the brownie right next to each other on a parchment-lined baking sheet. It looks like a mess, but they bake together like they were made for each other! Pop these in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 10 – 12 minutes and happy things happen.

A couple more tidbits of happiness. While you can bake these Chewy Pumpkin Brownie Swirl Cookies with regular ingredients you can also make them gluten free and dairy free.
